The law in Massachusetts remains the same except for one change.If you are over 18, you do not need a FID card (firearm license) to
purchase pepper spray anymore.
However, you still need to be licensed to sell it and age needs to be
verified. That means that people in Massachusetts cannot buy
pepper spray on the Internet and you can't sell it to anyone in MA
on your website.
